FileSite, SDK & imanage.dll, imanext1.dll, imanext1.dll

Would it be possible or feasible to create a right-click context menu option in Filesite (Outlook) to pre-append a user supplied string to the description of a selected group of files in a folder?

The SDK and associated Dlls provide this programmability, correct?
