Error while integrating OpenDeploy6.1.1.0.0 with TS6.7.1

hi

i had just started using openDeploy, while deploying using openDeploy i m getting error

OpenDeploy Status Unknown. FAILED.

as i m new can somebody plesae help me to find out the cause ?

You need to look at the various logs in odhome/log/ - one (or more) of those log file(s) should contain more detailed information about the actual source of the problem.

OS is Windows 2003 Server

and the openDeploy is running, the version is 6.1.1.0.0

You need to look at the various logs in odhome/log/ - one (or more) of those log file(s) should contain more detailed information about the actual source of the problem.

i checked the following log files at the path : \\odhome\log\

odsnmp.log

simptcms_eventReporting.log

simptcms_odbase.log

SIMPTCMS_publisher.log

Out of all ,only one log file that is simptcms_eventReporting.log writing the log it is showing

do we need to provide jar files for JNDI or any JNDI Provider, if yes the plz let me know where we have to configure it.

If there's nothing in the

hostname_odbase.log

- look at the top-level directory's

odhome/od.log

and see if there's anything in there.

The JNDI error sounds like the server doesn't have access to the internet (at least not without a proxy) - but I don't recall if that error is significant or not (you might check with Support)

"nothing" or just "no errors"?

If there's "nothing" - then there's a problem because an empty od.log indicates that the server process was never started!

Those errors can be ignored.
