OnReplicantBeforeAdd - Issue

Hi

My requirement is to not allow the user to add replicant until in the previous container instance The Image and The Description are filled in both the Left and the Right sections.

I have tried some stuff (files are attached ) . Please tell me why I am unable to add the containers even after valid entries in the DCT.
