Web Service Error Documentation

I am currently connecting to the web service to add documents to interwoven. I am getting this error, "[GroupACLs ][Empty(get) ]The collection is readonly.".

I am looking for a way to get more information on this error (and any other error that I might get in the future). Is there some documentation on the error messages? Is there a way to turn on a more verbose error message?

When you say Interwoven what product would that be? And what version of that particular product?
