Highlighting a specific field

Hi,
I need to highlight a field based on a date comparison validation.
To do this, I turned on the highlight mode and set the setValid() to be false to the specific field. However, this makes the red font alert message appear only at the end of the DCR. Is there a way to highlight one specific field (with the red border or field label)?

At which point of the DCR process are you setting the validation?

Could we have some code to look at? According to your explanation you seems to be doing the right thing, but if you have replicants for instance, it could be a little more tricky!

As per Interwoven feature, you are doing the right thing and it is behaving as it should. However, you can change the label of your item with font color as red, at the time of setting your item validity as false.

By wrapping it in a UTF-8 HTML, something like:

Mandatory: Select the name of this page

[/html]

In my DCT, the less than sign is & lt ; (without the spaces).
