iwprop CLT and entity database changes (TS 6.7.1 SP1)

Hi gang,

We occasionally use the iwprop CLT to modify user settings in the entity database. However, "iwreset –a" seems to be the only way to get TeamSite to recognize the changes. I assume that the entity database is cached and the reset clears it. Is anyone aware of a less intrusive method of clearing the entity database cache…something that doesn’t interrupt the users?

Are you sure you need the '-a' flag - usually iwreset without any flags (which has pretty low overhead) is sufficient to get TS to refresh its cache of users and groups and such. Only if you're changing the UI or proxy do you generally need to use one of the flags.
