Have you tried reading any of the product manuals? In this case - the FormsPublisher Developer's Guide would be the one to read.

Exact syntax could not be used, however you can have the radio buttons and check boxes in your datacapture.cfg.

Also, as per ghoti i also recommend to read Form Publisher's Developer Guide.
