IFS(Y Drive) is not coming up

Hi,

I just upgraded from 6.5.0 Sp2 to 6.7.1 SP1, but after the reboot Teamsite started up fine (I can access files through the GUI) but the IFS did not show up at all.

Mind you the \\TeamsiteServer\IWSERVER is active. Its been 4 hours since the reboot and the Y drive is still not coming up. Is there some command to start the IFS?

Did you check your IIS? Does that show the iw_mount? What does your log files say? Please post your log files. If logfiles doesn't show something which can help in resolving the problem, i suggest you to open a case with support.

Can you check the iwtrace log for any errors like low virtual memory or low space (If any) and rectify them in iw.cfg .

Also make sure servletd is up and running also check if you have the defaultTSServer value is set in cssdk.cfg (Interwoven KB#55669) .

Thanks for your reply. I think the problem was because of the size of our backend store. The Y drive did came back on after servaral hours.
