datacapute.cfg is not getting uploaded

I have been trying to upload my new datacapture.cfg but the teamsite, is not
uploading it. It is staying constant with the one i had uploaded on a few day ago. The teamsite system is staying constant with the older version of datacaptue.cfg.
What could be the problem? Is it with Teamsite it selft, or the way i upload my new datacapture.cfg

I don't think there's any problem with uploading the DCT but you can try to delete the old file and upload the new one.

Try removing the file from command line and then import the new file.

Is the DCT locked by another user ?

It appears that the file is locked indeed.
How can we remove the file ? like some cammand! and for importing what type
of command do i need? are we talking about accessing it through the command prompt, instead of the access from the User Interface.

Unlock the file first and try the upload again.

Try using Master userid in unlocking as well as rplacing the older version of the file.
