Missing records in DataDeploy table

Hi,

Recently I noticed that the files that exists in TeamSite with extended attributes attached are missing their records in datadeploy table.

These files were there in TeamSite for a reasonable time. I need to tag these files again by appending an empty space in one of the metadata field with existing value to have the files record created again in DataDeploy table.

Did any one experienced such problem ? Any tips to help troubleshoot this problem is really appreciated.

Could you post your dd config?is it a standalone deploy?are you using DAS and delta update or something like that?

datadeploy can have a lot of behaviour...can't say without the config

are you using delete tracker?
real update?
multiple table schema?
are you using the path column?

Sorry for late reply.

I worked with support and found that the issue is with with the amount of port not closing properly, causing datadeploy to fail intermittently.

The fix is in Patch ID 1857, Once I applied the patch and resync the branch, I was able to get all the EA values attached to each file created as a row in datadeploy.
