Japanese characters in workflow mail through Job Description

Hi All,

Im working for a Japanese client. The user may enter the Job description in Japanese. If he enters in English, im able to see the mail and its contents but whereas if he enters the comments in Japanese, Im a getting a blank mail without any content.

You probably need to make sure that the job description value is properly encoded / entitized (for lack of a real word) - and/or that the encoding of the email is set correctly to support the Japanese characters.
