this is what happens in our UAT and Prod servers for the bau deployment workflow. there is a dummy activity which has got a scheduled time and sometimes after the scheduled timeout the workflow is not proceeding to the next activity. so the deployment which is schedule to happen fails. happens at random but happens atleast 50% of the time. so there is some apparent issue around this scheduled time out deployment. if there is any debug or modifications we can make to trouble shoot this better it will be helpful. any other alternative design options around this also would be helpful.
