Command for "save as"/"download" window

hi,
I facing the problem in cgi file ...... on button click I require Download window to pop up so that I can provide user to download XML to CSV converted file to his/her machine... The file is stored at http location..
Can nebody provide me the solution for the problem.....

I think you need to clarify the scenario here, where is the xml file located, and what do you need to do with the csv file ?
Do you want to convert the xml file to csv on the fly ?
Please mention your TS and OS versions of the server and client.

The XML file is located on the teamsite server and we need to provide an option to the end user, so that the s/he can download the file on his/her local drive.

No, the file is already in the format of CSV and we are working on TS 6.1 on solaris.
