Synchronization error of WorksiteMP 4.1 Library Manager

Dear Friends,
I am getting the following error while synchronizing one of the OU in library manager of the worksite.
Error message display as following.
"LDAP synchronization has caused Library Manager to run out of Memory.
Please increase the max memory size and try again."
This OU have around 25,000 ID's.It stops syncronizing around completing 7000 ID's and shows the above error.
