Open Deploy Connection Refused

I have installed Open Deploy along with 8081 port. But it is generating the following error while connecting :

Failed to locate Access Service ; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

I have checked all the services related to the Open Deploy Service are running.

Have you changed any setting in your od config file ? or any other update within Teamsite which may be affecting OD. After doing any such update, have you re-started the OD services ?

I am assuming that you have the right licenses for your OD and your port is 8081. Check te services and what does your log files say? Did you restart the server after installation?
