URL in workflow email

Hi,

Sorry for posting such a silly question, but I'm stumped on trying to change the hostname in the URL used in our workflow emails. We're using iwsend_mail.ipl and I've changed iw.cfg [teamsite_servlet_ui] - servlet_host and [iwwebd] host and restarted but the url still points to:

http://localhost/iw-cc/previewfile?vpath=

any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Well, if you know Perl, you could edit the file and you would see:

my($url) = "$proto://" . get_config("iwwebd", "host");

So this is reading iw.cfg, the iwwebd section, host is the parameter.

So it sounds like you changed the correct item.

Is this on a NEW email sent ?

You could also try to hardcode the hostname in the script as well as putting it in debug mode.
