Timestamps in mtserver log?

There are numbers like this (1192123562) at the begining of every message. Is there some way to convert these to timestamps?

The number is a standard C library time_t time, representing seconds since Epoch, January 1-st 1970 UTC.

Thanks! I was actually expecting milliseconds. It didn't occur to me to try seconds when that didn't work.
