WFM custom instantiation workflow problem

I use iwmodelDCT to create "custom_instantiation.cfg" which everything is fine.

until I try use setValue in javascript

var noOfReviewersObj = IWDatacapture.getItem("/Config/IDNumberOfReviews");

if ( noOfReviewersObj != null)
{
noOfReviewersObj.setValue(counter);
}

the api can set the value back into /Config/IDNumberOfReviews field,
however it get the javascript error which stop the submit process.

I try to use firefox , the error is below
str.search is not a function
[Break on this error] if (str.search("]]>") < 0)

any idea ?

Can you attach the custom_instantiation.cfg file? It will be hard to assist without it.

At a minimum, can you provide your script block and your XML for the item in question?

and I just make a test in other machines.

On a whim - try:

noOfReviewersObj.setValue("" + noOfReviewers);

If that works - it means that there is an expectation of a string and not an integer value here...
