Steps to Change LiveSite RunTime DB

We need to change the DB Server which is currently working as a Livesite runtime production DB. Kindly help us with the steps necessary to change the configuration.

Is it enough if we change the DB server name and parameters in Enduser franklin pool factory xml? What is its impacts?
