Disabling Edit Mode option from page

Hi
I am working on window xp with livesite 2.2 and teamsite 6.5
I've a query regarding:
"how to disable the three options
i) Drag and Drop
ii) In-Context Edit
iii) Lock Layout
for a user on a page?"
I want this to occur when a user selects a particular page template only?
Is this thing feasible?

"I want this to occur when a user selects a particular page template only?" Here do you want to say that user is opening datacapture template to fill the data using "New Form Entry" , and at that time you want to disable few options like drag and drop etc.

If yes it can be done using setReadOnly(true/false) in your .js file.

For eg(IWDatacapture.getItem('/Main/Company').setReadOnly(true))
