iwtrace error

TS 6.5 sp2. Iam working on a old development server. I had experimented a lot in the past on this and migrate a backing store on to this server. For some time every thing in this server were working fine. Now when i like to assign permissions to a Branch for our development it doesn't allow me and TeamSite stops when i try this. My iwtrace gives below error.

[Wed Feb 06 10:37:27 2008] TSharedFileData&colon;:TSharedFileData&colon; failed Rename(D:\iw-store\default\d0\d1\d22\fc2-1,

\iw-store\default\d0\d2\dcd\f1-1); errno=2
[Wed Feb 06 10:37:27 2008] TFilePoint::CopyOnWrite: invalid shared data 0xffffffff for id 0x122c2

Any workaround for this?

When was the last time you ran iwfsck on your backing store(s)? Perhaps it's overdue?
