How i can deploy difference between production and staging area. I need to deploy only difference between staging and production area to production. How i can do that. Where i can get more information about diff deploy.

Yes as said go through OD pdf , this can be done using OpenDeploy tool or you can create workflow whcih will call OD script.
This script will deploy the differences.

If i use remotediff or teamsite directory comparison deploy...what will be my target location. My target location is a remote server location...which is outside of teamsite locations.
How Team site will do comparison deploy with directory or target location which is not in TeamSite....

Remember, there is OD Receiver on the target side. OD Base will request and compare timestamps. Granted, that approach generates
additional network traffic, etc. Alternatively you may for example publish an Edition right before deployment and compare
to the previous Edition (presumably published right before previous Deployment). In this scenario all comparisons are local
and there is no additional load on your network.

Note though that TeamSite based comparisons are inherently tricky - because unless you accurately keep track of the last successfully deployed edition - you can end up skipping the deployment of files that were otherwise intended to be deployed - for that reason, dir-diff (despite the additional network overhead) is generally easier to implement correctly.
