ControlHub 3.0 Delivery adapter issue

I am having issues pushing delivery adapters to another OD base. I get the following error:

Error pushing the configuration grocery_install.xml to server(s) dbt01depl01

Any ideas anyone?

Is the server "dbt01depl01" was added using Admin Tab -> Manager Servers ? Please check odnodes.xml is having the entry for "dbt01depl01"?

The issue was with backward compatibility of OD 6.2. I had to upgrade the receiver from OD 6.1.1 to OD 6.2
