Disabling Edit Mode option from page

Hi
I am working on window xp with livesite 2.2 and teamsite 6.5
I've a query regarding:
"how to disable the three options
i) Drag and Drop
ii) In-Context Edit
iii) Lock Layout
for a user on a page?"
I want this to occur when a user selects a particular page template only?
Is this thing feasible?

as far as I know you can only disable content - appearance or layout to be edited per component per template per type of user. In newer versions of LiveSite this is no longer possible. How to play around with the edit options is something I am also trying to find out (which is how I arrived in this thread).

you can still lock the component properties tabs (new lock check box)

this uses two permissions to control it. one perm to allow locking and another to allow editing. theres two perms per tab

you can still use file/directory permissions to lock down pages.

I am interested to know if there is a way to change the default Edit Mode to "Lock Layout"?
