OD failure

When I do a Tranactional Oeen deployment, it fails with the following error
LIB: 2008-02-05 13:42:17 *** Proceed
LIB: 2008-02-05 13:42:17 *** fFailedCommitFromEngine 0
LIB: 2008-02-05 13:42:17 COMMITTING Transactional Deployment
LIB: 2008-02-05 13:42:17 Receiver-ERROR: ERROR: commit-failed.
LIB: 2008-02-05 13:42:17 ERROR: Failed to deploy local_directory[.] of area[/iwmnt/default/main/External/SBC_DEV/Content/WORKAREA/WORKAREA_default] fo
r filelist[/tmp/DigitalAsset_683613_2791805.tmp]
When I repush the deployment for the same job, it goes thru fine. What could be the reason for initial failure? Am I missing anything in the configuraiton?
Please help.

You need to get the OD receiver log files to see why it is failing.

That can be problematic, as the receivers may sit on the other side of the firewall and you may not have access.

That can be problematic, as the receivers may sit on the other side of the firewall and you may not have access.

In such case it is almost always possible to configure a reverse Deploy for the desired receiver Log.

Try using the un-cached mount point (

/.iwmnt/default/...

)
