Hi,

We currently upgraded to TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1 and we just recently noticed that any user can "end job" on any other user including the user logged in as themself. Is this normal behavior? If not, is there a config setting that we can update to only only the user logged in only "end the job" for themself instead of others? Any help is much appreciated.

not exactly answering your question, but I use the ROLES to turn of View All Jobs, so they can only see My Jobs... there are a bunch of other options in there too.

actually.. looking at the 6.7.1sp1 TeamSite Administration Guide (page 111)

End Job -- (permissions checked) User/group is owner of job.

so if infact any user, not part of the group or the user of the job, can end the job.. it might be a bug.. but i have not tried it to see if that is the case

This is not the case. Only Master or Job Owner can end a job. Please do re testing at your end. If you still face issues, please attach your ipm, wft to the post
