Trying to create menu template

Hi All,

I need a suggestion to develop a menu and sub-menu for the site.

Requirement:
Main Menu:
a. Home b. Products c. Contact d. Trends

1. As site URL opens, Home link is highlighted and same applies to rest of the links on Main Menu with their respective selection.

When Main Menu item "Products" is clicked then sub-menu
Sub Menu:
a. Cell Phones b. Landlines c. Wireless
will be displyed on Products site page

onMouseOver "Cell Phone" item a scrolling menu appears, which have items "CDMA, GSM, etc"

On Selecting any link eg. CDMA, GSM, etc., respective to the item selected, Cell Phone link text in SubMenu and Products link text in MAin Menu will be highlighted.

Main Link (Home clicked)
Home(Highlighted) Products Contact Trends

Main Link (Products clicked)
Home Products(Highlighted) Contact Trends
CDMA GSM Wireless
1 1 1
2 2 2
3 3 3

Item 1 selected under CDMA
Home Products(Highlighted) Contact Trends
CDMA(Highlighted) GSM Wireless

As matter is critical so I would request if you may please suggest a concrete and valuable opinion in this regard.
