System crashes and gets rebooted

Hi All,

When I edit/create/preview a DCR the system crashes and gets rebooted.

System Details:

Windows 2003, Server Edition, SP2
TeamSite 6.1

Scenario:

I am able to log into Teamsite
I am able to browse through the branches
When I edit/create/preview a DCR the system crashes and gets rebooted.

History:
The CMS application was working fine till Saturday Feb 9th. There was a routine patch release as part of the Windows Server Upgrade on Sunday 10th Feb.

Anybody face this problem. Can you please advise me in this regard.

Document what patch was installed, talk to IWOV support. You will likely need to remove the last patch.

Apart from the patches installed on TS,have you checked the other applications performance and/or memory utilization of the system?
