Does Workflow Modeler come with a license of some sort to be able to be used online ,for e.g. if I wanted to connect to Teamsite using workflow modeller, do I need to have a seperate license for that?

I don't believe you need a separate license for WFM - I think it's included within the TS license.
If you want to know for sure - contact either IWOV Support or your local IWOV Sales Rep.

So if i have Teamsite I dont think I would another license to use WFM online right ??

You dont need any seperate license to run a workflow modeler in TS 671 SP1.
Pre TS 671 SP1 releases you have to provide the Soap Server license in cssdk.cfg
