Unable to clear Private Flag set on the Branch

Hi,

I have a branch named Integration and during initial set up we had set the Private flag (Restrict Access) and now we are trying to remove the same via the the GUI and the flag gets set back automatically.

Is there a way where we can clear the private flag set on the branch

any ideas or pointers would be appreciated

Also, I am not sure what happned to Teamsite topic/forum. Now there is no forum teamsite administration queries.. any idea?
