Interwoven Workflow Modeler

I had installed the workflow modeler on my Interwoven TeamSite server and its working fine. Now I have installed in on a client machine and the option of "Publish Model" is shown hidden. Why is this so?

check if your role has permissions to do so. workflow models are treated like
any other content we manage in TeamSite. So I feel it should be something with the permissions.

Check if the workflow modeler is connected to TeamSite. If the connection is broke, you cannot publish the workflow and Workflow Modeler disables the 'Publish Workflow' within the menu.

Well i used the same credentials for in both the machines, still on the server machine i can see the option of "Publish Model", which comes hidden on the client machine. The other option of "Save to TeamSite" is visible on both ends and even it always shows Connected to TeamSite. Still this issue is present.
