WorkFlow Modeler Login

kambiz

Hi

We have setup TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1 on a UNIX (Solaris 10) box.

The problem is that the WorkFlow modeler client installed on my desktop (WinXP) fails to communicate/login to the TS server.

WorkflowModeler.log error message is
--------------------------
2008-06-03 10:40:21,265 [AWT-EventQueue-1] ERROR com.interwoven.modeler.core.login.TSRepositoryLogin - com.interwoven.cssdk.common.CSException: ((502)Bad Gateway)
--------------------------

Our network admins have confirmed that the ports and communication channels to Unix Box is open and that the client request seems to be initiated from my desktop but there is no response on the server side.
(I use the browser to login to TS on port 80 directly.)

I've also tried various settings in the net.properties file but same error occured.

The TS host configuration is as follows :

Web Daemon (iwwebd)
---------------------
Host: ****.yyy.com Port: 80
Https: 443

Proxy Server (iwproxy)
---------------------
Host: localhost Port: 1080

Content Web Server
---------------------
Host: ****.yyy.com Port: 81

Servlet Engine
---------------------
Host: localhost Port: 8080

WorkFlow Login Form settings are:
--------------------------------
UserName=External LDAP AccountID (also tried this with OS user credentials)
Password=External LDAP Password
Domain=IP Address of ****.yyy.com
Server=IP Address of ****.yyy.com
port = 80

Is there is a patch or a known issue regarding this?

Thanks
Kambiz
