OpenDeploy Admin

Looking for a resolution to an OpenDeploy Admin Tool issue:

First time attempting to log into the OpenDeploy Admin tool. Can access Admin URL page and enter bootstrap Username and password. But can not get to the menu screen. IE continues to spin/clock on the login page and does not return an error message from TeamSite or web server

Additional Information:
First time means: The Admin Tool has never been accessed/used in the past. This is the first time someone is attempting log in.
What Version of OpenDeploy? 5.51
What platform is the AdminServer running on? Windows 2000
Do you also have TeamSite? (if so - what version?) Yes, Version 5.5.1
Are you using OpenDeploy's Operations Server or TeamSite's OpenAPI server? Not sure on this question
What browser (and version) are you using to connect to the AdminServer? IE 5.50

You say "First time" - does this mean that subsequent times it works?

Some additional information that may be useful in trying to diagnose your problem further...

What version of OpenDeploy?
What platform is the AdminServer running on?
Do you also have TeamSite? (if so - what version?)
Are you using OpenDeploy's Operations Server or TeamSite's OpenAPI server?
What browser (and version) are you using to connect to the AdminServer?

hmm.. ok are you receiving this behavior regardless of from where you try to access it.

I believe you are using the Teamsite OpenApi server. From what I know, the OD install checks for existing openApi server or Teamsite OpenApi server.

If all fails, you can always try the oldest trick in the book, Uninstall and then reinstall the ODadmin GUI. Let me know if you need that instructions or not. I do not have the instructions handy at this time. But will gladly provide it upon request..

If you are have TS 5.5.1 installed, you MUST use Teamsite's openapi instead of the OD operations server. If you have installed the operations server, I would uninstall and then reinstall the admin and base server.
