Could not extablish conection to RMI port

Hi ,

I am gettiing following error :
Command used to deploy files -

\Interwoven\OpenDeployNG\bin\iwodstart deploy -k filesys1="Y:\\default\main\Internet-Non-DM\SCIDGNPL\AmericanEnglish\STAGING" -k filesys3=D:\Interwoven\TeamSite/tmp/filelist.24320 -k filesys2=D:\WebApps\DignityPlanning -k deleteYN="no" -k trycount=10 -k tryinterval=10
Deploy =
Locating OpenDeploy service.
OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
***ERROR - Could not establish RMI connection to the OpenDeploy server.
Please check that the OpenDeploy server is running.

Please guid me what r all i need to check.

I configured odnodes.xml and odbase and odrcvr .

You should also be looking to switch from iwodstart to iwodcmd start
