no file visible while importing

Hello friends,

I am facing this unique problem. Whenever user tries to import a file,
s/he cannot see any of the documents in any of the file.

Can someone throw some light on this?

Are you able to see the file through Y:/ drive ??
try importing any other file through GUI again.

Could you please elaborate what do you by 'cant see any of the document in any of the file'? Are you saying that filelist dont show all files under a directory in import window?

Mention your TS version and IE java version.

It's a well-known issue with the import Java Applet, it is sensitive to the combination of local OS/Browser/JVM Version.

I've seen basically three types of posts on the issue:
a) Downgrade to 1.4.2_xx. We did and it works great!
b) Upgrade to 1.5._xx. We did and it works great!
c) I've [downgraded | upgraded | did not change] as you recommended and it still does not work!

If I were you - I would have contacted Support
