error while opening the new form

hello experts,

i am trying to open a new form under a specific data type but i am getting the following error :--

my main motive is the make an inline call through datacapture.cfg to populate the select fields.i can confirm that all the paths are completely correct,i am attaching the datacapture.cfg and iplfile2.ipl for your reference,i tried various things but i am not able to get past this problem,please guide me regarding this issue.

• You should probably move the IPL script to iw-home/custom or something like that.
  
• You do not need line 28 in the ipl script.
