Invoking Work Flow by command tool

Hi,
I was trying to invoke a work flow by using "iwjobc" command tool from the perl script.

While trying this, I am getting a message of "error: 02422 No such teamsite user". Could any one help me to address this issue.

The user who is logged in at the shell/DOS prompt needs to be recognized as a TeamSite 'Master' user - i.e. a user account that is listed in IWHOME/conf/roles/master.uid
