TPL issues

I'm making changes to my tpl but am unable to see the changes reflected when I preview a dcr...

I've tried editing directly on the file system and making changes through teamsite and uploading them.

My file structure is also standard templatedata->web->page->
and under page I have data and presentation folders.

Any help would be appreciated

You are not providing nearly enough information to even suggest a remedy.

You can either post you TPL and a DCR and see if anyone else can try to look at the code.

You can replace the TPL with a 1 line

Hello World

and try to preview that.

You can tell what version of TS you are running, what OS, etc.

I'm running version 6.7.1.0

platform is windows 2003 server

I tried replacing the tpl with one line and I did get the update "Hello world".

OK so obviously changing the TPL does work. Your specific change is not showing up, Can you distill your change into a small post and show what is not working.

The DCR you are using will also be helpful.

By clicking the button next to the label that says Attach Files

You will need to zip them up first

I tried removing sections of the tpl and still no luck. The only thing that works is removing everything and typing one line of text.

I thought I would post the answer to my query.

The problem came from french characters. The issue was resolved by encoding them as entities.
