I have created new TPLs and DCTs and now want to test the same in CCpro.
I do not have access to templating.cfg file to edit and map Tpls and DCTs, please let me know how to proceed with testing or verify the first templates if everything is fine.

Or even the first level verification can't be done without making enteries in templating.cfg

Hi,
It is quite obvious that you don't have access to server, so ask some one who has it and make the changes..i.e. administrator..or ask him to give you an access..
There was already one similar query on forum...
so please first search on the forum...

For a tpl to be identified, it needs to be registered in the templating.cfg. Only then will you be able to test the dct/tpl.

That's now 100% true - if you're using iwpt_compile.ipl you can test PTs that are not registered within templating.cfg -- but that presupposes that you have access to the server in order to run command line tools there. iwgen / Generate / Preview all, I believe, do verify that the PT is registered - and thus from an OOTB GUI-only perspective - yes, the PT would need to be registered in templating.cfg
