Hii friends,i am using TS 6.7.1 SP1 on W2k3 EE server. my TS user role is master.when m trying to end workflow Job by using action menu under the Workflow tab.m getting following error-->Remove job job-id failed:com.interwoven.cssdk.filesys.CSReadOnlyFileSystemException - FileSystem is Read-only or archive is frozen.in the second condition.-->when m trying to end workflow Job by using CLT '[color=navy]iwrmjob job-id' , m getting the following [/color]error-->could not destroy workflow job-id.--> for setting task description of workflow Job by using CLT "iwsettaskdescription tsk-id", m getting the following [color=#000000]error-->[/color]ERROR:00030: Filesystem is read-only or archive is frozenplz suggest me why m getting the above error & unable to end the pending job list.
You, or your local TeamSite System Administrator needs to log onto the TeamSite server and run iwstat -c - and/or look in the iwtrace.log and/or iwserver.log.If you're stores are frozen, then the system is in read-only mode and thus you cannot make changes to content or workflows, etc.The reasons for the store being frozen could be any number of things, including: disk spacememoryinodesdisk error (sometimes incorrect)manually frozen by someonepro programmatically frozen for backupsetc.Find the source of the problem, fix it, and move on.
