list of available task not seen in to-do list
System
Hi,
I have set up a new workarea for editor (owner), shared by all users ivolved in content development. When an author makes change to a file in this workarea and tries to submit the change, he must go through an explicit wf. But when owner of the workarea log in as an editor, he got the new job line in to-do scree without list of avalilable operations (he got NA instead). What is wrong ?

Here you are this is a default file i got with installation, only changes were made to uncoment debug option and job spec file. But I don't think that it is a wft probem, becouse for some users its working fine. It has something to to with user definition (or access rigths inside of TS)

If you are using Windows platform,
make sure that you used "DOMAIN\userid" in all role files and in the wft as well.
This should help you.

That's the key. I use Solaris so I am unfamiliar with the DOMAIN\userid format. In the images you sent me, your logged in user is "rhc031\jirak" but the task is owned by "jirak". If you modify your roles files, you should be ok from here on out. The admin was able to execute the task because admins override certain abilities.
