visual format undo

Hi,

I have a user that creates a new visual format field in a form, makes changes, saves, generates the page, then exits the template. Comes back later and edits the form, uses multiple times and it erases all the content in the field. I assume this is because it was a new field previously and undo takes it back to an empty field, but this doesn't make sense because she saves, generates and closes the template before editing the visual format field.

Has anyone seen this happen?

Did you see similar thing on any other dcr from the same branch?
What is u'r TS and OS versions?
Just for giggles, logout of TS, close the browser. Now open a new browser logina nd try editing the same DCR, see if it "Undos" the same thing.
