Hi,

I am facing a problem while accessing the (dct or component) forms.

The form is not getting loaded properly.I have written a datacapture file which has a single text field and i have configured the templating.cfg.When i tried to access,a blank form gets opened without any field.

When i access my server from some one's machine,i don't get this problem.

Can anyone help me out in this issue.

OS:Windows 2000 server

Teamsite 6.7.1 with livesite 3.0

JDK 1.5

Okay.. Are you facing the porblem with TS DCT or with a LiveSite Component?

It would be helpful if your could post the DCT script that your have created.

From you posting, I presume, the error is due to erronous coding.

Is TeamSite installed on Unix OS? If so, ensure that you are saving the datacapture.cfg file in unix format.

This could sometimes cause these errors.

Now i reinstalled the teamsite and again the same problem arises.

When i access directly as http://localhost/ non of the fields coming.

But when i access the teamsite from the same machine as http://c-6959/ the given fields gets displayed.

c-6959 is my system number.

Check the various "host" settings in your iw.cfg and iw-webd/conf/* files - and your local DNS settings and/or hosts settings - because it sounds like there's some sort of mixup with the domain name / localhost resolution that might be causing this mixed behavior
