iwtrace.log file Issue

Hi All,

We are seeing the following error in our $IWHOME/local/logs/iwui/servletd.log file.
com.interwoven.message100.TIllegalArgumentException
at com.interwoven.message100.TMessage.readExternal(TMessage.java:287)
at com.interwoven.message100.TFileSubscriber.read(TFileSubscriber.java:441)
at com.interwoven.bridge100.TFileListener.run(TFileListener.java:172)
The file just keeps getting stufffed with the above error every 5-10 seconds.

We also observed that the file $IWHOME/local/logs/ieventsubd.log is getting updated too but has a size 0 bytes.

Does any one have a clue what the issue might be?

It *might* be this issue.

The errors are very similar but not identical.

I did see that article on the support site and suggested my manger about it, but since the server is a production box, he is a bit reluctant to take that approach as the issue is not exactly the same as what we are experiencing.

The other solution we have is to open a ticket with interwoven unless someone posts some other solution, but I feel negative about finding someone having the similar issue.
