updgrading OS versions

I am currently on a WorksiteMP 4.1 Hotfix 9 environment running Windows 2000 Server. I want to upgrade the OS to Windows 2003 Server.

Has anyone done this?
Are there anything known issues or bottlenecks I need to be aware of?

I have used WSMP4.1 in Windows 2000 and Windows 2003, there is only one thing that I can remember that changes, the UNC path property in a config file for making PDF working on Windows 2003 (see the admin guide) then you just have to migrate WSMP.
