Can't find CSFactory on the CLASSPATH ... How do I config?

Apologies, this occurs at server startup. This message is found within my /Interwoven/TeamSite/local/logs/iwui/servletd.log. Are there multiple places to define the CLASSPATH for TS?

This looks to be running on TeamSite 6.7.1. What os platform is this?

It almost seems like you are missing jar files and your installation of the product was not successful.

Is this with some sort of custom servlet you wrote which uses the CS SDK, or just trying to use the server OOTB?

Thank you for your questions, Bill. This is running off CentOS 4.6. The installation appeared to complete without any problems; is there a particular JAR file I should be looking for perhaps? I inspected one jar file in the /Interwoven/Teamsite/ccsdk directory (don't remember the JAR off the top of my head, sorry), and it _did_ have the CSFactory class within it. UVFS compilation completed successfully.

This problem is occurring right after a clean installation (OOTB = Out of The Box?).

Hmm, we have this running on Cent OS and I don't remember seeing this issue.

I would file a support case.
