In your case all SSL processing is being done by
another server/device or a dedicated card with a co-processor.

Normally the SSL offloader traps incoming https:// requests on port 443, decrypts them, converts them to http:// requests and then forwards them to Teamsite on port 80. Teamsite then provides an http:// response which is again trapped by the SSL offloader encrypted and converted to https:// and sent to the client.

I don't see any issues using a offloader apart form the performance overhead and there's no KB or doc on teamsite probably you should contact interwoven for an official stand.

But With the the offloader are you also doing SSL termination or SSL bridging ?
Do you have any proxy remaps set or rewrite rules implemented ?
