iw_include size limits?

We've got Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1 installed on our dev server. I've got a .tpl file with the line:
<iw_include file_val="dcr.content.page.markup" />

This is working fine except for two pages I'm trying to generate; the include doesn't work at all (no error, the files just aren't included). The files they include are 19k and 48k; the rest, which work are 18k and smaller.

I can't see any other differences. They're all plain text files, it's just that the longer ones contain more lines of text.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Probably check the path to the files.. I think, there would be an issue there..

Check the path of files which are being included and compare it to path of these files..

Is there a reason you are trying to do an iw_include of an SSI file? - why not deploy the mastheads and use the same

#include

directive for them?
That being said - are you positive that you have the correct path to the file you are trying to include during the PT processing?
Of course, it is Perl - so you can make a copy of the module and add debugging to it to see what's happening if you cannot figure it out some other way - or just read the file in with basic Perl I/O
