Offsite MobileMode.dll - GetCopy

Hi,

I'm trying to open an offsite file using the following command:

Dim offsiteDMS As New Com.Interwoven.MobileMode.DMS
offsiteDMS.GetDocumentByOffsiteSID(offsiteDocID).GetCopy(
destPath, WorkSite.iManage.imGetCopyOptions.imNativeFormat)

But I'm getting an error saying that access denied to folder (destPath). Any Clues?
