I am using HTML to get the output displayed i.e. I am using HTML tags in tpl.
Now if I want to use JSP for the diaplay, do I include java code in tpl only ? Can it be diaplayed in the TeamSite ? if not , why and how to diaplay this jsp page ?

You can use whatever you want to be generated from the tpl. The preview depends on the customer web server you are using and its configurations. So if you wanna preview your jsp, ensure that your web server is set to preview jsp.

What have you already done to set your web server for jsp preview

In your case all the DCR contents needs to be DD and on invoking Preview functionality, TS Apache server should redirect the requests to customized webserver + App server.

In this way you can achieve rendering of contents using JSPs.
